Not all of our music groups are so serious.
We have the kitchen band!
The group pictured below shows the members practicing for a "gig" at Parker Oaks.
We have a strong emphasis on music at the First Baptist Church. Our choir has
practice every Wednesday, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. During
the summer, they take a much needed vacation!
Throughout the year as part of our church service we have a guest musician or one
of our own either as a special or during the offeratory.
New choir members are welcome.
